ELMASET 2 Modular Enclosures is a family of Eurocard packagingproducts. The family consists of card cages, enclosures, plug-in units,and numerous accessories to build a modular packaging system from 3-10U(1U = 1.75-inch). This family is useful for housing standard VME cards(6U x 160) or workstation cards (9U x 400), either horizontally orvertically. For example, a 3U-high enclosure/card cage accommodates asmany as five boards horizontally and a 4U cage accommodates as many asseven boards horizontally. The system is very compact. Plug-in fanmodules blow air across the boards. The power supply can be plugged infrom the front or mounted on the rear. The rear panel provides standardcut-outs for various Sub-D and other connectors. Features include:

Enclosures -- desktop or rack-mounted.
Heights -- 3U, 4U, 6U, 7U, 9U, and 10U.
Depths -- 11.5-inch, 15.25-inch, and 21-inch.
Widths -- 1/2 rack, 3/4 rack, and full 19-inch rack.
Card cages -- 3U, 6U, and 9U sizes accept board depths of up to 400mm.
